The frustrating days of summer

When kids are home and don’t have anything to do, they look to their parents for direction

  1. There is nothing you can do to change a kid’s bad mood, right? Not really, if your attitude is positive, your kids will pick up the same hopefulness. During these long summer days you may be struggling with kids who don’t have the greatest of attitudes because they are kind of bored. Summer programs are great, but kids need to be running around and blowing off steam in the summer. Help them by taking them for bike rides in the evening or take advantage of the long evenings by running over to the park. You and your kids will sleep better too!
